Practical Application

In 2004, a Q-Sort research project was conducted by Professor Randall Peterson of the London Business School, the Brandes Institute, and Watson Wyatt Worldwide. This study used the Q-Sort to assess culture at 46 investment management firms in the United States and Europe. To the project team’s knowledge, it represented the first time the Q-Sort tool had been applied to the investment management industry.
