Results collected at this website are held in strict confidence by the InvestmentQ ™ site manager, FS Associates, Inc.

The InvestmentQ ™ site manager will review responses before they are included in the InvestmentQ ™ database. The objective is to eliminate those that appear incomplete or incorrectly labeled, or that are inappropriate (for example, submitted by someone not qualified).

Aggregate results may be shared with members of the InvestmentQ ™ research team for their investigation of possible connections between Q-Sort results and firm performance. All references to individual investment managers will be concealed by the InvestmentQ ™ site manager when aggregate data is analyzed.

Individuals who perform a Q-Sort on an investment manager will have access to a variety of results. Generally, they will see:

• Results based on their Q-Sort
• Results based on the manager's Q-Sort of their own firm (if available)
• Average results based on other investment professionals' Q-Sorts of that manager (excluding the manager's own Q-Sort of themselves), if there are sufficient other responses to create a statistically significant average (this is at the discretion of the InvestmentQ ™ team)
• Average results of all managers in the InvestmentQ ™ database, based on input from all respondents
• The correlation of their results with those of the manager (if available)
• The Cronbach Alpha of their results with all non-managers' results for that manager (if available)

Users must perform a Q-Sort to receive investment manager-specific results. No one can access the site and simply "view" existing Q-Sort results.

Investment managers will not have access to the Q-sort results of specific other investment managers - as managers are not considered "qualified non-managers" when performing a Q-Sort. Investment managers will be able to see their average results (if any) based on the Q-Sorts of them by all "qualified non-managers."

The InvestmentQ ™ site manager is responsible for reviewing Q-Sort inputs and may reject any deemed inappropriate or malicious. Investment managers have the right to request a review if they believe the results are inaccurate or flawed.
